REVIEWS

**Update to Lee's reply**: Lee did not respond to my initial email and text. What would your seller's think of this? You can reply to a review but not to a motivated buyer interested in your $3M listings? The co-listing agent did not know basic information about the listing (square footage, well and septic information); for a $3M listing and a potential $75-90k commission, this is flat out incompetence or laziness. Again, would the seller condone this lack of competence? The agent did not request proof of funds and instead called my agent who was on vacation which was very disrespectful. What if I was a unrepresented buyer? These policies are antiquated and discriminatory. There are plenty of ways to vet a potential buyer. The agent who arranged the showing cancelled 90 minutes prior without notice and claimed there was a miscommunication. **Original review**Very disappointing experience with Lee and his team. Communication was terrible or non-existent. They do not have a command of the listings they represent. You would think for a $3M+ listing they might at least put some effort into earning their keep from the seller. Lee also enacts unnecessary and made-up barriers that dissuade potential buyers from viewing his listings. Maybe they are a better fit on the buying side but they are not competent to represent you as a seller. Their marketing is subpar even for luxury listings...really nothing that sets them apart except for being difficult to work with. In a world with a glut of real estate agents, you would be better off looking elsewhere.
