JULY 2017: ELEETE REAL ESTATE CELEBRATES 10 YEARS OF INNOVATION!
In 2007, I opened Lee Davies Real Estate with the vision that if we created a company that was client centric rather than agent centric, our business would grow based on word of mouth – repeat and referral business. Five of us, Dirk Hmura, Bob Harrington, Trish Gallus, Carol Arnett, and myself, bravely left the Hasson Company to start a new journey. Little did we know, the market was about to crash.
Our first innovation was to build a real estate company that provided clients with a two-agent team backed by a staff of marketing and communication specialists. It was our belief that to be the best practitioner, our Realtors® should focus on contracts, negotiations, market knowledge, and customer service. We assembled a fabulous staff to build reports, implement marketing, and insure communications, so that our agents could focus on the customer.
Fast forward 10 years later, we have grown from a company of 5 to a company of 45 and have become the market leader for premium service and representation in Portland. We utilize the world’s number one CRM – Salesforce. We work on a secure transaction platform, Skyslope, which provides a client portal. We provide Showing Suite, which again has a client portal for our sellers to view all of the showing feedback on their home. Most recently, we were the beta testers for ELEETE Scout, a firm out of the Bay Area. This new platform is the most exciting interactive real estate shopping software to hit the market and it is our mission to give each and every client access to this tool whether they are a buyer today, or just enjoy a monthly market update on homes in their community. We are looking forward to the next 10 years and we are excited to see ELEETE grow. Our little city is now an international destination and with technology, our focus is to represent our clients worldwide. All said, after ten years in business, it still feels like we are brand new to me. The opportunities for improvement never end.
