REVIEWS

Very disappointing experience with Lee and his team. Communication was terrible or non-existent. They do not have a command of the listings they represent. You would think for a $3M+ listing they might at least put some effort into earning their keep from the seller. Lee also enacts unnecessary and made-up barriers that dissuade potential buyers from viewing his listings. Maybe they are a better fit on the buying side but they are not competent to represent you as a seller. Their marketing is subpar even for luxury listings...really nothing that sets them apart except for being difficult to work with. In a world with a glut of real estate agents, you would be better off looking elsewhere.
