As a native Oregonian and graduate of the University of Oregon, Lee Davies is a true expert on the Portland Real Estate market.

Lee Davies in an industry leader on the Portland Real Estate market. In fact, you could say he was born for it – Lee’s father owned Bill Snyder Company Realtors® and in 1986, Lee joined the fold. In 2007, ELEETE Real Estate was born (previously named Lee Davies Real Estate).

After 20+ years working in other Real Estate firms, Lee decided to venture out and open his own firm, ELEETE Real Estate, taking some of the most valuable assets of Real Estate learned from mentors along the way.

The Real Estate industry is crazy!  It is the one industry in which you can hire an inexperienced, unaccomplished agent, or one of the best/top 100 agents, yet the cost to you as the client is virtually identical. However, many clients don’t recognize the value differential an experienced broker brings to a transaction.

Even after 30+ years of being a top producer – selling residential real estate in Portland, Lee remains passionate and enthusiastic about educating, representing, and serving clients. His resume of excellence is the result of listening, learning, sharing, advising, negotiating, selling, problem solving, and successfully representing nearly 2000 clients.

Today, Lee continues to actively meet and consult on every client file. He is quick to evaluate, incredibly creative, and a proven negotiator. He is passionate about presenting the pros and cons to prepare and empower the client to make informed decisions. Whether it be creative home design and preparation strategies for a seller or sharing the vision for the upside of a purchasing opportunity for a buyer, Lee KNOWS how to maximize and/or preserve his client’s equity. While we all enjoy the raw emotions of truly falling in love with a home, Lee’s clients appreciate his business perspective. From his proprietary price report methodology to his market absorption analysis, he is insistent on backing up the acquisition or sale with factual data. Lee is committed to doing the best job possible when it comes to marketing, service, and representing his clients. Nonetheless, in the end, it’s personal; Lee is not satisfied unless every client is happy.

Lee’s sales team boasts over 60 years of combined experience and functions as one agent. Lee acts as the primary strategist and negotiator while Megan and Julie, each having their own specialty, are both versatile and ensure our clients have round-the-clock coverage. Lee is also the founder and visionary behind ELEETE Real Estate and continues to own the company today.

In 2007, Lee opened ELEETE because he felt clients deserved more – more than just one autonomous licensed broker working for them.  At ELEETE, all clients are served by a minimum of a two-broker team with at least one accomplished Senior Broker. Each team is backed by the ELEETE Staff comprised of 8 experienced specialists.  The ELEETE Staff works behind the scenes to ensure each client’s marketing and service plans are fully executed. This allows our clients to have brokers who are truly full-time professional practitioners in the field, focused on serving their clients.

When he is not busy representing clients or studying market trends, you can find Lee enjoying family life with his wife Lori and their five children: Owen, Joey, Michael, Sydney, and Natalie. Despite working 60 hours each week, Lee makes time to enjoy the family’s hobbies. Lee loves to chase the powder at his favorite skiing spots in Utah, cycle through the beautiful Helvetia and Yamhill countryside, cheer on Owen and Joey at basketball tournaments and take long walks with the family’s labradoodle, Basin. As an outdoor enthusiast, Lee is always excited for a new adventure, whether that be recently learning to surf or navigating a new mountain biking trail.

Megan Westphal

Megan Westphal was born and raised in Portland and has lived in the West Hills for over 20 years. Coming from a family with an extensive history in real estate investment, Megan took an early liking to searching out properties and identifying their best qualities. She spent a vast part of her childhood visiting open houses on weekends and discussing real estate transactions over the dinner table.

Megan graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She thoroughly enjoyed her time in Eugene and became a dedicated Duck fan. She obtained her real estate license at age 20 and worked part time in real estate throughout her last two years of college. Upon returning to Portland after graduation, try as she might, she could not stay away from her passion and continued to expand her real estate career.

After being involved in a transaction with Lee Davies and his team, Megan was drawn to the company’s unique approach unlike any other she has experienced in the industry. She was intrigued by the opportunity to work as a team with other brokers and the company’s commitment to providing consistently fantastic customer service. She is excited to offer this level of excellent customer service to her clients, both buyers and sellers!

Outside of real estate, Megan partakes in all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. She enjoys snow skiing, hiking, rafting, water skiing and exploring the multitude of restaurants and shops Portland has to offer. Megan also has a passion for international travel. Having visited primarily Asian and European countries, she hopes to experience many more places and cultures.

Harrison Whitmarsh

 

Harrison Whitmarsh is the type of person that lives for the perfect solution. Through clear communication, a focus on details, and fearless attitude towards complicated tasks, he strives to make sure that your home buying/selling journey is peaceful and delivers on your expectations. Harrison is a part of the Lee Davie’s team, supporting the other agents through a logistics and communication background.

Retail was his first career, rising to the role of General Manager for a big-box retailer. There he found his passion for building relationships through world class customer service. Through managing large quantities of inventory and procedures, Harrison also found that he has a keen eye for logistics.

Harrison spent his early years bouncing between Nebraska, Kansas, and Colorado. Graduating from Denver School of Science and Technology in Denver, and then moving on to the University of Nebraska, he is a technology “wiz” that finds comfort in new experiences and adventures. In early 2015 he moved to Portland with his wife Madison; they split their free time between exploring what the city has to offer, and the natural beauty of Oregon.

Jennifer Holland prioritizes client interaction and satisfaction, based on her 22 years of customer service focused work in the airline and real estate industries. Jennifer is particularly adept at calmly and competently address clients’ needs during trying times.  Her experience handling diverse situations in challenging environments, makes her adaptable and empathetic, both necessary skills for helping clients through the home buying process.

Current and past clients, many of whom have become life-long friends, would say that Jennifer is down to earth, enthusiastic for new adventures, and very detail oriented, with a vibrant sense of humor that can make stressful situations more manageable.

Jennifer has always been fascinated with Portland’s neighborhoods and homes, from their history and development, to their design and architecture.  A lifelong learner, she has combined her passion for residential architecture with customer service to deliver a truly memorable and satisfying home buying experience for her clients.

During her free time, Jennifer likes to find vintage shops and good food.  She enjoys running, hiking, watching movies, and reading.  Jennifer finds pure joy in spending time with her husband and three kids, going to soccer games and laughing over dinner together.
